(100% sangiovese): Bright red. Aromas of pomegranate, red cherry, raspberry and spicy oak. Fresh and pliant in the mouth, with a firm acid spine and a hint of minerality giving shape to the middle palate. The tactile, bright finish features red cherry and raspberry flavors of noteworthy purity. Shows lovely balance and sangiovese-accurate aromas and flavors, but doesn't have quite the depth or concentration for an outstanding score.
